  • 2023.07.31

[Digital Today Reporter Hwang Chi-kyu] The Korea Information Protection Industry Association (KISIA) held the second meeting of the Korea Zero Trust Alliance (KOZETA) on the 10th to check pending issues related to the Zero Trust and discuss future plans.

KOZETA, which was launched on March 27 with eight companies, centered on the first chairman, Cho Young-chul, is participating in various fields such as endpoint security companies, data security companies, and network security companies. As of the end of last month, 18 companies joined.

Starting with a guide to guidelines related to Zero Trust conducted by Professor Lee Seok-joon of the Zero Trust Forum, the meeting was held to share private technology cases with SGA Solutions, the organizer of the two consortiums carrying out zero trust security model demonstration projects. Since then, KOZETA member companies have discussed ways to revitalize the domestic zero-trust security model.

KOZETA Chairman Cho Young-chul said, "The publication of the Government Zero Trust Guidelines 1.0 has paved the way for the government and the private sector to move forward to revitalize the domestic zero trust model."
